Multi-layer Flex
- Consists of three or more conductor layers
- Layers may not be continuous laminated to provide dynamic flexing
- Combines the advantages of high density and flexibility
Rigid Flex
- Hybrid construction consisting rigid and flexible substrates laminated into a single structure
- Eliminates the need for board to board connectors, increase reliability
- Designed to be surface mounted easily on both sides
