Single-sided Flex

Double-sided Flex

  • Consists of two conductor layers with plated through holes
  • Enable higher circuits density
  • Allow electronic component terminations on both sides

Multi-layer Flex

  • Consists of three or more conductor layers
  • Layers may not be continuous laminated to provide dynamic flexing
  • Combines the advantages of high density and flexibility

Rigid Flex

  • Hybrid construction consisting rigid and flexible substrates laminated into a single structure
  • Eliminates the need for board to board connectors, increase reliability
  • Designed to be surface mounted easily on both sides

Special Flex

  • Bareback Flex: Single conductor layer with double-sided access
  • Sculptured Flex: Exposing two or more conductor layers in the same plane
  • Split Flex: Creating air gaps in dynamic zone for better flex cycling
  • Dimple Flex: Unique dimple mating with high reliability corrosion resistance for pressure contact
